We need a universal soldier with a serious code and a kind face.
Of course, he is engaged in the development and support of our projects. Also, he makes architectural decisions, evaluates his tasks, and conducts code review.
Our developer has been working with Python and Django for 3 years (if longer - even better), and at least a year with ReactJS. Understands RESTful API and knows how to design API. He or she is familiar with the development ecosystem, and also understands the structure of frameworks. Can build an application architecture and design database structure. As a big plus, has experience with Docker, Redis, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, AWS. Always plans tasks, concentrates on teamwork, and takes care of developing skills. If necessary, looks for the root of the problem, rather than treating its symptoms. Perhaps got experience in team management and knows exactly English at the Intermediate+ level.
Since we are a distributed team, it is important for us to be self-organized, follow processes, and not be afraid to make decisions on our own. We ourselves plan our schedule from 6 hours a day and use it as productively as possible to deal with cool projects, grow professionally, and have time to rest not only on paid vacation.
We also work together to improve internal processes. We improve English, write articles, read books, take courses, and attend conferences. We celebrate the holidays and travel together (note: adjusted for the pandemic).
