Looking for a Junior Django/React developer

We are looking for Junior Django/React developer to join our team on full-time basis


There are 36 mature smart guys in the team. Now we are ready to hire Junior ReactJS, a Django developer with 1-year experience and a great desire to learn and develop with us, we will help with this. We need responsible and smart guys who are fond of programming and get the same pleasure from it as we do.


Our workflow is clearly defined and organized, but overall it is based on the fact that everyone knows what they are doing. Thus, we have no division by levels and roles between developers. The manager distributes the work, and each developer has the full right to make architectural decisions and implement whatever he sees fit. That being said, you just need to be prepared to justify your decision in front of colleagues.


We use React for the frontend and Django for the backend. Everyone on the team is full stack developers and we would like to continue with such lineup. But now we are ready to work with front-end developers as well.


  • 1+ year experience with Python and Django.
  • Experience from 6 months with ReactJS.
  • Understanding RESTful API, API design skills.
  • Understanding the structure of the frameworks used.
  • Ability to build a competent application architecture.
  • Ability to design a database structure.
  • Acquaintance with the web development ecosystem (libraries, patterns, tools).
  • Ability to understand the problem and treat its roots, not the symptoms.
  • Ability to plan your work and follow the plan.
  • English at Intermediate+ level.

A thing worth mentioning is the hourly payment, and, accordingly, time tracking. At the same time, of course, there is always a workload and there are no situations when tasks suddenly ended (in theory, if there is such a thing, downtime will be paid, which is indicated in the contract).
